I'm going to venture my noob guess here and say fake. The seller doesn't list the model, and really stresses the fact that it can't be returned. Judging by the blurry pictures, this watch that was "BEQUEATHED" to him by his uncle seems to have cheapish looking digital displays, a questionable band, and a fake looking second hand; though I might be totally putting my foot in my mouth here.

I'll take a shot and say fake. The b on the second hand looks kinda funky and something about the digital display looks off. Then again, I'm no expert. Plus is that swirly thing on the case back normal, not the "vents", in the center of it.

I was wondering about that too. From what I can tell the caseback is missing the engraved writing around the edge of it. Looking at pictures of real Professional series Breitlings, this one just seems wrong.
I wonder what part "does not work anymore for some reason"? I know personally, if my super valuable watch with sentimental value stopped working, I'd consider not paying the repair fee and just hock it on ebay for $175
