It does look weird, but if you ignore the subdials then it looks fine and I have never seen a fake of this that is anything like this good so my guess would be that it's just the photo - it looks more pronounced on the 10 o'clock sub than the 2 o'clock sub which kind of supports that. |

It's 100% legit. Subs look like this, because the whole watch is wrapped in plastic. |
