I'm not sure, but I think I spotted my first fake this weekend! I was at my nephew's little league game on Saturday, and spotted a watch similar to this, and immediately thought "Breitling for Audi." viewtopic.php?f=9&t=17087&hilit=audi The watch was big (at least 46mm) so it caught my attention, but I couldn't tell what it was from a distance. The first closeup I actually got was a look at the bracelet, and it said "Breitling" on the clasp. I was obviously even more interested in what it was after that. A short wait, and I got a look at the face, and saw the 4 subs across the bottom. "Breitling for Audi" immediately popped into my head. I never got a great look at it, but I do remember thinking that the crown looked enormous, similar to the one posted in the link above. That being said, I still consider myself a novice when it comes to Breitlings. Was it actually a fake that I saw? |
