It looks OK to me. Wait for some more opinions though.

Looks Genuine, from around 1994-5. Looks as though the model number has been polished away.

Good point as this would mean Breitling may (would?) not service it. Check with the seller that it's not just a Photoshop job and the s/n is intact.

Agreed the hands look later but my guess it's a B13048 with hands replaced by Breitling during a service.

Dial/case quality look way better than fakes of that era.

of course it's real!
i didn't thought it is not real... but as you said, but hands (and dial) would have been replaced by Breitling during a service or from an AD official watchmaker.

the dial with the applied gold logo came with the 13050 series..

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! Anyone know if there's a place like this for Omega Speedmasters, or Omegas in general that can help spot fakes?

Seller says the model number is B13048, and the serial # was erased due to polishing. Would there be any way to get it if the seller isn't the original owner to prove 100% it's authenticity? I'm making payment today so I just want to be sure.

Serial number should also be engraved on the movement.

inside the movement meaning inside the watch through the back side casing?

AFAIK there is no serial number on the movement. If the numbers have been polished away as they obviously have, there is no paperwork and the original owner or AD is not known, then I don't think there will be any way to recall the number.
