This is claimed to be a 2004 Blackbird. Everything looks accurate to me, but I'm nervous about the no box and papers thing. Is it an option to send a watch to Breitling for them to certify in order to receive new papers of authenticity? Should I buy this with confidence with only this information?

:welcome: and :real:

My understanding is that Breitling will replace the COSC but not the warranty book.

as shark told you

Real

the crystal is a bit banged up, that is the only downside the rest looks in good shape even has recent service :)

as for papers, you can get the manual and c.o.s.c easy, but the warranty book you will never get that back, that also should be useless since that watch was bought from more than 2 years for certain
