I think the first pic is a stock photo and the second dial shot shows a fake.

Look at the 19s on the slide rule.

Could do with a Datora expert to confirm there have not been any dial changes.

Looks fake to me. If you look at 1000m just over date 1 it isnt right. Also the Mph km over 60 seconds mark is wrong.

A coupple of pics of my Datora

eBay Oz are notoriously bad at removing fakes.

Most of us on here have given up trying.

That's a nasty fake. Nasty because it's quite a tough one to spot.

The weird thing is (and I don't know if anyone else finds this), but even if you can't spot the little giveaways, there's just an overall something that's just not quite right with the way it looks.

I can see it easily catching people out though.

Oh and good old Oz Ebay is letting it happily tick away as a live auction. I seriously hope a few of their own employees get ripped off once in a while because their lack of action on removing fakes is an absolute disgrace IMO.

Hey guys, guess what, this piece of crap sold for $2950. E-bay Au as usual has done nothing after numberous people reported the watch as fake. I am going to wait to see if the buyer leaves feedback and then contact them directly to advise them the watch is fake. Cant think of anything else to do with this one.

Hi I am new here and I have to say you guys are great I have been reading the forum and the help you guys give is just
fantastic

I have to as about this watch as I was watching it on Ebay and fortunately found this site

I have to ask are you positive it is a replica as the guy seems either he does not Know it is a replica or he is a total idiot as he now has listed a surfboard with Local pick up.

Also I went to a dealer why I was in Melbourne on the weekend and tried a few Breitlings and Hopefully I will purchase one shortly. Either a used or new I am not sure yet as I want to buy a few other watches as well. I will keep my eyes on the classifieds in the forum as well as it is great to know if I do purchase a used one it is going to be the real m'ckoy thanks to you great people on here

Cheers

Rob
