several threads abt "tight" bezels here, defnitely do not try to lubrcate, butRon has tested the dental floss suggestion and was quite happy w/ the results, might be an idea to try b4 u send it in:

As Fred said, the old dental floss trick may well work and is certainly worth a try. However, unless you really plan to use the slide-rule (and I personally know of no-one who does on Navis!) you don't want it to be too loose as the Navi bezel is friction fit, so the looser it is then the less WR you have on a watch that is already not even really splash proof. Yes the bezel should move, but personally I like my Navi bezels to be pretty stiff, so don't make it too free-moving would be my advice.
