First i will try and get the money back, if he sends me back the money i will return his item.
If not, i will contact ebay.

I'm pretty sure if he does return the money, he will ask that you return the item first. Can't walk into a store and ask for your money back and say you will bring the item later...

You can if it's fake, there is absolutely no requirement to return fake goods at all, let alone before a refund.

I wont return anything untill i get my money back.
I will give him 1 week to do the right thing here, if he does not, i will talk to Ebay and Paypal about getting my money back.

Have reported him on ebay now...lets see how this plays out..

The seller on ebay that sold me the clasp, says he will not accept a return and refund me of my money untill i get a paper from a breitling dealer that says this is fake.

But no breitling dealer will do that, i have been to 3 of them, and i even sent it to "breitling nordic" who is the reseller, and they also said it was fake, and they wont get involved so they wont write anything or email anything, they just explained to me over the phone what was the tell, mainly the push text and the rubber and so on.

Will try and email the seller back, and tell him about everything.
Next time im buying directly from a AD.
