Has anyone ever thought these are not the actual pics of the watch?

1.) The date the auction started was March 18th, the date on the watch on the eBay photo is the 3rd.

2.) March 20th, a pic of the watch is posted by Tone with a date of the 7th. Why did the day jump 5, when only 2 days were in between?

Obvious the owner isn't wearing the watch, because either the date would be correct, or the date wouldn't be so different. Of course, the owner could have taken the picture a few days prior to the auction, but I did think of that, and the watch would have stopped if it wasn't on a winder or being worn (if it were on a winder, then why wouldn't you have the correct date though on it).

Did the seller send it to you?
There are no such photos in the auction.

Yes bnewbie, I asked for better pictures, tbh the watch looked ok to me but then again i'm still learning. As nr123 says my suspicions were raised when he sent a picture of the date showing the 7th.

Case back pic is on the first post and paperwork pic is on eBay.

Terrible pics but s/n appear to match to me.

To me the 4th digit looks like a 4 on the papers vs an 8 on the watch?

that would be a little too much of a coincidence, wouldn't it ?
6 digits match, the 7th does not ?
If he found such a close match, I'll ask the guy to buy my lottery tickets in the future .....

Can't be sure on the photo like that.
No.2 in the serial looks like on the fakes to me (it has a different shape, all reps have that kind of No.2).
Anyway, can't be sure because of distance in the photo.

S/N looks different to me. So many questions on this one.

Surely the amount of uncertainty in this thread should be enough to steer well clear of this watch. There'll always be another SA out there.

I think that it's not genuine. This is a guess but the breitling logo seems a bit rough and looks poorly made like a fake.

Hope this helps.

Regardless of the paperwork I would still buy the seller before the watch. Heck it's pretty easy to photoshop numbers on the papers if you wanted to, so even that's no guarantee it's not a fraud.

As popular as the Super Avenger is there's no reason to take any risk.
