It's not an older replica of that model for sure.
Don't know for sure if they made a newer one, but better photos would help.

Definitely fake.
The bad engraving on the case back, and pvd rather than DLC. The date font isn't quite right either. It looks like miyota generic font rather than the unique breitling font.
