The watch is authentic, but the diamonds are set aftermarket.

The store that is selling the watch is known for setting aftermarket diamonds to factory bezels, dials cases and bracelets. However, I'm not seeing a model number so to be honest I'm not sure.

Not sure which watch we are supposed to be looking at because there are at least four in that listing, but all appear to be real.

The diamond bezel setting is the same layout as the OEM bezel but I doubt that they are factory - however can't say for sure just looking at them on a photo. Factory bezels should come with a certificate from Breitling and I suspect that those don't because they are much lower quality than the top wesseltons that Breitling uses.

If the bezel is aftermarket I wouldn't be surprised if the dials are also aftermarket and that's a more serious issue because potentially Breitling can refuse service.

That store always put aftermarket diamond bezels to make a significant profit on their watches.
In the other words, they charge too much for their diamonds.
