The watch is real.
Diamonds could be OEM, but I can't tell for sure.

Personally would be wary of that one - a non AD has had the caseback off to take photos!

There is no longer any guarantee of water resistance and who knows what kind of dirt got in there. Breitling services watches in a clean room for a reason!
