I think it's fake:

1.) That model number is not correct for it.
2.) The white around the date.

I would wait for others though to confirm

Yes very suspect. The watch in the photos is real but they could be stock/stolen pics as they don't match the description. I came across a cheap Bentley fake with the incorrect Chronomat A13352 ref on it the other day so I suspect the actual watch here is one of these.


Edit: Yes, I think the pics have been stolen from this legit listing :)
