I saw this Croco 22mm Breitling strap with this size 115-69. Is this a real strap?

If you're asking if the strap in the pics is genuine, they are not great pics (and I would never put myself forward as a strap expert) but I would say yes.

Will this easily fit a 7.25 inch wrist on a BCE or B01 at 44mm? Or will it be on the last hole?

A short strap is not going to fit a 7 1/4 inch wrist properly.

No.

From memory the short deployants are 100mm on one side and 80mm on the other, but not 100%.
