Even in those pictures it appears to have the full size tic mark on the right side of the 6 o'clock position, so I think that one is going to be real. Better pics never hurt though.

The two main checks are the date window (The white border is slightly too wide relative to the BREITLING text) and the sec marks at the cardinals (ie. 1,14,16,29,31,44,46,59) should be long. Also, the rider tabs often tend to be pretty poor.
