One of my brothers friends asked me to try to sell the Pro II bracelet off his Super Avenger.
My only problem is, when i took a close look at his watch it looked off to me ( i don't know avengers well enough to know for sure if it was a fake.)
But, i have a sneaking suspicion that this bracelet is fake as well... I figured before i decided to try and sell it, i would throw a few pics up and you guys could tell me if its fake so i don't waste my time.

Thanks,

Not an expert on bracelets, but it does look a bit dodgy. Is the wings logo raised - if so I believe that on the Pro II it should be a separate piece applied to the clasp as in the other bracelets.

No the wings logo is engraved into the bracelet. For comparison i took a picture comparing the Pro II bracelet in question to the Pro II bracelets on both my steelfish and SOC.

Steelfish on the left. Bracelet in question in the middle. SOC on the right. (Taken on my Iphone - sry for the quality.)

You should be able to tell just by running the links over your finger for feel versus the known real ones. The fakes are a bit stiff, especially in the removable links area. I don't like the wings logo, or the BREITLING on the clasp, and there is a hint at least that the screw heads are rounded, not flat - certainly they are not flush. I wouldn't take it.

EDIT - looking at both BREITLING marks on the clasp, I'm comfortable saying it is NOT genuine. Cheaply stamped IMO.

The links where the band is adjustable are very stiff and hard to move. I noticed a definite difference in the wings logo on the claps versus the other two bracelets as well.
I had a feeling this one was fake from the start, just didn't know enough to make a definite answer.

Thanks guys.

EDIT - Didn't notice that before. Huge difference on the breitling stamps.
Gonna give this trash back. Thanks Sharkman.
