Trying to figure out if this strap is real or fake. My main concerns are the print seems different when compared to others. Secondly when looking at other straps, they have the lug size (20-18) on top and the strap length on the bottom. This one has the reverse.

Here are the pictures of the strap in question:

Here is a strap picture I found online

100 % genuine, it's just from a few years ago.

I've dealt with this e-bay seller before - he actually purchased about 7 or 8 NOS Breitling leather and Shark straps from me last August and September. Nice guy, no problems, though his resell prices are in the 'healthy profit margin' envelope  .

Though the strap featured in Chrono's post wasn't one of them, I'm happy that it's genuine too.

Breitling straps have been made by a variety of different suppliers over the years.

This has come up before - have a look at this previous thread, for some of the various wording/printing/numbering - all on genuine Breitling straps (I had a batch of NOS straps, direct from an AD, and it's surprising how different they were).

I prepare to stand corrected, but I doubt it very much - I'm not even sure Breitling have exhaustive records.

Thanks again for the information. I have confirmed with my dealer that these are real, just an older version with the impression logos and writings.

Supposedly these are better than the newer ones because Breitling switched to a more cost effective way for printing on the straps. Dont know how far from the truth that is, but interesting to know.
