I sent a polite note to the seller - "The real Breitling Hercules has a different Dial layout, different caseback, and different hands. I'd remove it if I were you - Breitling enthusiasts are very keen on keeping fakes off of e-bay, and if you get reported, e-bay will remove it for you, and your account will get flagged or suspended.

His response: "First of all I didn?t ask for your HELP regarding whether or not the watch was a FAKE.
I only wish you and the Breitling enthusiasts were as vigorous when I bought this watch on eBay last year?
Unless anyone is registered on eBay as a Breitling retailer which they are not anyone can contact eBay and flag the items as counterfeit?
I can buy neoprene watch straps from Malaysia or China with raised Breitling emblems on the strap and sell them as ?Guaranteed Breitling? watch straps because it is pretty hard to prove that they are fake unless you?re an authorised Breitling retailer.
Breitling actually warn customers not to buy from any internet auction sites and to only deal with registered Breitling retailers?
Flag me up if you like the watch was never advertised as an authentic Breitling.

So he knows it's a replica. I have pointed out to him that it doesn't matter if he advertises it as a Breitling or not, if he gets reported, e-bay will act because he's selling a replica item.
