I just got this watched handed down to me (see attached pictures). It is pretty well worn, but still quite functional. It is self-winding and a day/date model, but other than that I have no idea what it is - I'm a complete novice when it comes to Breitlings. From a bit of research it sort of resembles a "Sirius" model, but not exactly so. Any ideas are welcome - see pictures that I took of the front and back.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Looks more like a Headwind to me. There is also a UTC attachment.

What seems odd to me is the display back and the fairly generic looking movement... Looks non-standard to me. Might be of questionable authenticity. Others will be sure to comment.

Yes - I'm thinking that it might be a replica because some of the standard wording on the face is missing.

Sorry but it's a fake. As Ian says it's supposed to be a Headwind.
More info here.

As I suspected - thanks to all for a quick conclusion. Oh well, I suppose it is small consolation that I did not pay anything for it and it does actually work. But certainly not as good looking as the real thing. And now I've found the authoritative site for all things Breitling. Best to all.

As others have said, it's a cheap fake - probably a re-badged Rolex Day-Date.
