Hi and welcome to the site. It 's real. I would make sure the paperwork serial number matches that of the watch but otherwise it looks fine to me.

Correct. The number on the warranty card as well as the COSC certificate should match that of the watch. As far as price your best bet is to check the completed ebay listings and check sites such as Chrono24.com for asking prices.

As Elwyn already said, it's real.

It is an automatic and is 4 years old. So you may have to consider a service in a year or twos time. From recent sales on eBay that would be a good price on a bracelet. On leather it seems so so (in my view but I am just judging on Breitlings I have seen go on eBay UK recently) and depending on how the leather has been worn it may need replacing as well. At least with a braclet you can give it a good clean.

As Elwyn says, check the s/n (which is on the warranty card but obscured by the watch) matches the s/n on the case back - looks like 976373 but it's slightly out of focus.

Looks ok but the strap is not Breitling.

It's out of warranty anyway, so if the price is good I'd buy it.
Also, the strap is not OEM as happy_chapie noticed.
