I want to buy this as a gift for my dad. I took the pictures but said I would get back with the seller. The guy had the warranty papers, receipt from tourneu, box. These looked good. Also, there was no replacement band. Is that normal?

Guys, let me thank you in advance! You guys are impressive.

Pictures would really help. As far as a replacement strap, Breitlings will only come with one unlike Panerais which seem to come with two a lot of the time. Do the serial numbers match up between the watch and the warrant card? If you throw a pic up someone will tell you very quickly. A close up of the dial along with the caseback and the papers and these guys on here can give you a pretty good answer.

uploaded pics. The serial number and the warranty card do match.
One disconcerning thing is that the 10 does not line up exactly... Is it supposed to?
Thanks

I'm definitely not an expert so I can't comment on the authenticity, but if your talking about the 10 on the bezel and the 10 on the dial, it looks like all of the numbers are off by one. Maybe the dial just needs to be turned one click, or whatever, CCW. Does this make sense to any of the experts on here?

It's a bi-directional slide rule bezel that moves fluidly, not by "clicks."! If you are talking about the red 10 on the outer dial ring and the red 10 on the bezel, it's not a problem - the numbers will line up however the bezel is rotated. It's real.
