I bought a silver Breitling SuperOcean Steelfish from OTTO, we both thought that the watch would be in the Netherlands in 10-days, NOT!!!!! OTTO send it the 16th of april from Australia and i received it today, alost a month :shock: ...

I also had to pay customs-costs becouse it was coming from outside europe, had to pay €220,00 custom-costs, tottaly forgotten about that when i bought it...
So people remind you these costs when you buy something worth more then €150 outside europe :yeahthat

But the SteelFish is very beautyful... And OTTO helped me all the way with it, thanks again OTTO :lingsrock:

Thanks Raymond, and thanks for being so patient. I'm very relieved that you have finally received the watch!

This transaction was a learning experience, I guess, and what I learned was not to use Australia Post for this sort of thing ever again. I was assured many times that the package could be tracked and that it would arrive within 3-7 business days, neither of which turned out to be the case. I thought this one was going to turn into an insurance claim and that my reputation as a seller would be mud, but fortunately it turned up in the end.
