Did you buy it through eBay or on his website with a credit card. You should have buyer protection with either of those options.

HI CAN ANYONE LEASE HELP ME , I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA AND JUST BEFORE XMAS I BROUGHT A WATCH FOR 6000 POUNDS FROM THE SWISSWATCH STORE IN WALES FROM A LEE MEAD , VIA EBAY AND HIS WEB SIGHT ....SINCE SENDING THE MONEY HE HAS DISAPPEARD , NO WATCH NO ANSWERING EMAILS , NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS GUY ?????????????????? HAVE I BEEN HAD AND LOST ALL MY MONEY IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME ID BE REALLY GRATFUL , I JUST NEED ANY IMFORMATION AT ALL THANKS TANYA (PERTH AUSTRALIA) |

JUST CANT BELIEVE IVE BEEN DONE AS HIS WEB SITE AND EBAY SIGHT LOOK FLIPPIN GOOD AND HE RETURNED ALL MY CALLS AND EMAILS UP UNTIL LAST WEEK.... THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO GET IN THE FRAUD GUYS NOW AS I JUST DONT HAVE A LEAD TO THIS GUY AT ALL OTHER THAN A PHONE NUMBER AND AN ADDRESS ALL OF WHICH NO RESPONSE WHEN I RAN A CHECK MYSELF I FOUND A WEB SITE WHERE SOMEONE IS STATING THAT HE WAS DONE FOR FRAUD A FEW YEARS AGO , LOOKS LIKE HES DONE IT AGAIN JUST FEEL SICK , WOULD HAVE RATHER HAVE GIVEN MY MONEY TO CHARITY THAN BEEN DONE OVER |

That doesn't sound much like the Lee that I have had some exchanges with. I don't have any contact details beyond what is on the site, but I know people who have bought from Lee without any problems. |

Also keep in mind that swisswatchstore is in the UK and shipping or customs may have delayed your delivery. I recently bought a watch (my Phantom) frm a fella in the UK and it took 7 business days with Priority shipping and no customs problems. I dunno why Lee wouldnt be emailing you back, he post here quite often. |
