I have to say that Govberg are a bit special. Justin gave me his contact there to see if I could get a better deal on the Zenith pieces that I'm looking at (because Canadian prices have just gone up 25%).

I spent some time talking with George - so he got a good idea that I spend a little too much on Breitlings. He is also aware that I am a moderator on here, but he could not have been more helpful. We ended the conversation without him knowing whether he would get the business on the Zeniths, simply because I don't know myself yet what I am going to do.

He asked me for my address and I was expecting him to send me some catalogues. Well I came home from work today to a Breitling pen, a cap, a Breitling Hermes tie and a copy of international watch - all courtesy of Govberg.

George was unbelievably helpful, he is incredibly knowledgable and he is a true gentleman. I have no idea what's going to happen on the Zeniths, but I do know that he will get some of my business in the future - an amazing experience.

Dead on Roff!!! Everytime I have spoken with George he is as you describe: informative, helpful and a gentleman. Great experience every time!

Didn't have it in stock, but could get it fairly easily.

Price wasn't that good, but not bad, it's just the exchange rate that kills me right now. I'm not sure that the price you gave me was for quite the same model - that was less than half of list.

I talked to George today and I couldn't believe what he said some of the discounts on models he sold recently. He had mentioned that they're doing their best to compete with the smaller stores who have been offering larger discounts to get cash flow. If anyone needs a very good AD to work with, either on Breitlings or any of their other brands, send me a PM and I can get you George's contact info.

George called me in the UK and spoke for some time

Unfortunatly the exchange rate at present is so I could not do business with him, but as soon as the £ climbes I will be back in touch.

Bluntly, I have no idea why anyone in the US would buy anywhere else.

And unlike some other collective offers that get pushed aggressively on these forums, George works for a store that Breitling lists as an AD!

As the Grand and Exhaulted (wasn't that going ot be your next rank if you had not contributed) Roffensian says, he is an AD, you get all of the joys of an AD at remarkable prices with perfect service. Made an offer I could not refuse -- and not in that Brando kind of way.
