I have spent thousands of dollars over the years buying watches from these people (Breitling Chrono, Oris, Tissot, Seikos).........NEVER AGAIN!
Made a purchase of the Seiko Sky, on 2/14 paid an extra $19 for "Next Day" delivery, order clearly states "Next Day arrives (2/16)"
Checked out there website today to see if I could get the tracking number to when the delivery was to happen today. Much to my chagrin it stated.
"Processing"??
Went on their website and did the "Chat" Routine with "Kadi" and she stated it shipped today, you will get it Monday (now tracking say's the 20th), I then told her I paid an extra $19 for "Next Day" shipping and the order clearly stated (arrives 2/16). She then recommended talking directly with customer service over the phone.
The girl at customer service tried to give me the old "huckle buck" saying the watch wasn't in stock and I was informed of that on the confirmation email. she lied, I posted the confirmation email below. I explained to her that I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars purchasing watches from them, and I wanted my $19 refunded.
Her answer was "we can credit you back $10. I then told her she was going to lose a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on purchases from them and I was also very active on several Watch Forums and you didn't really want to make an enemy for a lousy $9. Her response was "Have a Nice Day" and she then hung up on me."
I actually have stuck up for Jomashop in the past, but if this is the arrogant, screw you customer attitude they have I will never ever make a purchase for them again!
