Despite Royal Mail's best attempts to ruin it, the purchase of a travel case from Mike has finally completed. Mike was an absolute gent throughout and refunded the payment without issue when the parcel failed to arrive. Eeeeventually, Royal Mail delivered, - the payment was re-sent and everyone's happy.
