Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Have been in contact with him for several days now regarding straps and time pieces. Michael is quick to respond to all my questions. Excellent communication, with no pressure. Once purchase order was completed, had strap in hand next day to canada which I must say is very impressive. Packaged extremely well. With box, receipt, and little Switzerland bag. Very profession. Already talking to Michael about purchasing a new time piece. Prices and service is top notch. Do not hesitate to deal with.
