I have contributed to several threads regarding the problem that I had with my B50 crown coming off after less than a month.

Breitling USA said my only option was to send it back to Danbury for shipment to Switzerland factory, via a local U.S. Breitling Boutique, which I did. I decided to contact Little Switzerland, the owner of the Nassau Breitling Boutique where I bought the B50, to ask them if they can speed up or intervene in the lengthy repair process, or replace the watch. They said they would look into my problem, and talk to their Breitling rep, professing that they had never heard of any B50 problems.

Has anyone dealt with the Little Switzerland Customer Service? Were they any help?
