Recently I bought a watch from a german seller , Mr Meertz www.worldoftime.de

I received it very quickly and as described but it had a little problem , the 12 hour counter didnt reset
I send mr Meertz an email explaining the issue

a little while later I received an appology and they are sending a courier to pick up the watch to get it fixed !

great service indeed
