Very very professional and great customer service. I changed my mind mid-transaction and went for the Navitimer B01 vs. the Datora I originally wanted and George had no problem working with me on it. I will be buying from him again.

I wanted to add that the initial leather strap was a little to long for my wrist size and George allowed me to send back the strap and ordered a new shorter one from Breitling for me.

Excellent customer service once again.

George is the best. You are right about great customer service. I purchased an Omega PO in Feb of 2012 it came with the wrong cards. It took George fighting with Omegat till March of 2013 but he got me the right cards. Even on the little things he is great I just got new OR rubber for my SW, minimal $$$ in their pocket to say the least. Still he included a nice note with the package and some Breitling goodies. Hmmm, I might need a trip up to Philly in the coming weeks if the weather ever turns nice.

BTW, killer watch love the B01. Congrats!
