Hi Folks I'm looking for someone on the forum who has experience with this AD in San Jose, California. As I have posted previously, I am after a SA. I currently have a good friend of mine working in San Jose who is returning home in January to the UK. I have contacted him about possibly bringing home a watch on my behalf and he has said no problem. The question I have really is in relation to buying experiences and any price negotiation from this dealer. I appreciate members may want to PM me with any info for discretion. My alternative , if the AD can't do much on price would be to go grey market. I have been in contact with Alan Furman already and they seem to be good so far. Ultimately though it would be best to buy from AD - so any members with dealers buying experience around this area please get in touch. As always, any advice overall on this plan would be appreciated Lenny |

There is a SA up for sale at the moment on the forum, might be worth looking at rather than going down the route of grey market. |

I've done a lot of business with Erik (another AD and forum sponsor) and he's a great guy to do business with. His pricing is almost always better than any gray market seller and IIRC he has a used SA in stock. viewtopic.php?f=26&t=34538& |

Didn't like them when I was shopping for my first Ling. Don't like the high pressure sales tactics I received there. The other local AD's, Davidson & Licht Jewelers in Santa Clara, and Golden Time in Redwood City, are both worth a look. |
