Just a quick note to thank Paul (Vintage) for a favour.
Keeping it brief, I found a strap I wanted in the US, but the seller wouldn't ship overseas. I'd done a couple of deals with Paul before, and as a possible fix, asked him if he'd mind playing 'Postman' - i.e. he'd take delivery of the strap for me, and ship it on to me in the UK.
He immediately agreed, and wouldn't even let me pay for the shipping costs he incurred. The strap duly arrived today.
So I figure the only other way to repay such a favour, from someone I've only ever corresponded with via the forums, was to post a suitably embarassing tribute in the Feedback section.
Paul's proved many times over that he's a trusted buyer and seller - in my book, he's also cemented his reputation as a really good guy too!
