- Any feedback or experience from this Internet dealer? So far, I've corresponded through email and phone. Many of my concerns have been addressed and it will have a serial number (i.e. not "decoded") and warranty, unlike some other Internet posts I've read.

- I understand they buy in bulk from ADs and are able to pass on some of those savings onto buyers. I am comparing prices to ADs in Canada and the difference is >$1000!

- Will a Breitling AD verify the authenticity of the watch for me?

- I am not a collector and am not fussy about documentation for resale purposes. All I care about is authenticity and the ability to have it serviced properly in the future if it has problems.

There's at least two write-ups on them in the feedback section, one of them from me.

If you buy from them it will be authentic, so there's no need to go to an AD. However you can do that anyway if you like, but I'm not sure what kind of document they can or will produce for you. Another option is to send it to Breitling Canada/USA for verification - it will cost you a few bucks though.

They are legit. Just make sure you get serials. Also, make sure you understand the possible repercussions of a non factory warranty.

What RJRJRJ said... Breitling does not sell original parts outside of their service centers. So if there is a problem and you need an OEM part, I could see a big can of worms opening...

Im planning to buy my first Breitling from Interwatches.com. The have all the serials intact,it comes with all the papers and they are stamped.. I really dont see why i should go to the AD and pay double the price..and I cant really afford it either

Again, same deal as authenticwatches. Just make sure you understand what a third party warranty is, and possible repercussions of having one. Dont forget to factor in duties btw.

Instead of risking OEM parts for any repairs within warranty period, I can still pay for AD service, I assume?

After warranty is up, I would be going to AD for service anyway.

I bought from Inter before, the guy was a A__ Hole , sold me a Fantatic Condition Duo Graph, when I got it it was a Polished up old wreck, the Gold links on the pilot bracelet nearest the watch head were polished through to the steel under neath, not mentioned. I left neg feedback, its still there for you all to read, he tried to bully me into a retraction, using Square Trade, I was having none of it. Authentic are OK, just be sure it has Serial on the Back of the watch case, they are often polished off, having said that they still only sell Authentic Breitlings.

I've not used Authenticwatches so can't comment on them myself.

I can tell you about my experience buying from Interwatches however.



I bought new from them and the back page of the warranty booklet was cut out.

I knew the 2 year warranty was with them and not Breitling but was p*ssed off and their reaction to my disappointment was luke warm. I wouldn't use them again without asking every question - don't assume, check.

As long as the serials are present, you can pay for service through Breitling.

7 days ago I sent an email to Authenticwatches asking about the paperwork for Breitlings.

After few days, I sent a second email, asking pretty much the same questions.

I'm still waiting for their reply.

If you've seen my previous comments on Authenticwatches on other threads, you can rest assured you'll be waiting a very long time for any kind of response.

Unless you can conduct business with them at arms length (i.e. you live in the States and can therefore use Paypal, and not have to ask them to interact with you on with any kind of communication at all) you will struggle with them. I tried to buy something off them a year or so back, but gave up after a number unreplied emails and general unhelpfulness on the rare occasion they did. It's like they just can't be arsed if you're an international buyer.

Yeah, it feels a bit like they don't give a damn about costumers. I mean, I'm trying to spend some money on their products, that should get me some attention I assume?.

Since communication is key in any business transaction, I guess I'm marking this one up as a no-no.
