Dear Members, I wonder if any members have had any dealings with a company in Germany who deal in high end watch straps there name is Watchstyle. I would be very greatful for any feedback be it good or bad many thanks My Wife ordered a Milanese divers bracelet for a watch I have as a birthday present a long story short they sent the wrong one their error and we have not been able to get any response from them via e-mail or phone has anyone else had the same problem with this company other than an email asking what is the problem?! Hi There, I’ve just registered to reply to your post. I ordered some straps from this company this week, I emailed the company yesterday to check if my order had been dispatched as I had not heard from them since placing the order, simple question I thought, in fact a very popular question given the business they are in, anyway they reply I got was "Read the terms.. DAM!!!" I sent a response saying "excuse me" to which I received a reply saying " UR BANNED" Needless to say I asked for my money back, still haven’t had a reply about that request!! but I’m gobsmacked at the customer relations this company has. On doing a bit a research on Google it seems a lot of people have received what I can only call abuse from this guy, he is representing some large company’s and it puts you off the company whose straps he’s selling, the thing is watch collecting is a passionate pursuit and we all get excited at the thought of the new strap arriving and can't wait to try it on. To receive responses like that I received really takes the wind out of your sails. http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews263916.html Anyway as for my experience I would say avoid like the plague, I would be interested to hear other peoples experiences with this guy. I had avery positive experience on a high end Camille Fournet alligator strap so I am disappointed to read the above. |

Dear Jamie, I have had no reply from emails, phone calls to this company not only that but they did not refund the money for the strap after we returned the wrong strap even though the invoice stated it was the the one we ordered which it wasn't. it has left a very bad taste in my mouth as regards customer services as it was supposed to be a birthday present from my wife who has had all the hassle trying to sort this out with the credit card company eight months later still no joy. I will never use this bunch of robbing scamming lying so and so's again regards Wally Wharton |
