Ok just received my TO Chrono LE and the loop between FEAR and I is closed so I can comment on my experience. First: During my decision process FEAR was able to provide me with all information needed for me to proceed. Ordering process: It was a piece of cake. All information was passed effectively and with incredible quickness. I was in transit between Virginia and Colorado, we did the process over the phone while I was at a rest area! Pricing: Since I had requested a particular serial number, the delivery timeline was probably a little longer than usual. The 6 month it took for me to receive the watch, Breitling increased their prices twice. I never had any discussions FEAR about trying to increase my price, FEAR did exactly what a responsible dealer does when they care about their customers. He honnored the quoted price and that was that! Waiting Period: FEAR was patient and answered all my questions while I waited for the watch. He kept me updated, at my request, to where my watch was in production. Delivery: Fantastic! Got an email on Monday that BUSA received my watch. Thursday FEAR called me that he got it. At my request sent me pictures of the watch, and a video of the chrono function to make sure all was fine before it leaves his dealership. Friday 9:30 am the watch was on my wrist! The watch was well packaged, with all documentation, tags etc. FEAR registered my watch at BUSA for me. Overall experience was a 10! I highly recommend FEAR for your next Breitling. Great service, far surpassed my usual instore experience! Well done FEAR and thanks again Brez |
