Seen the following on E(vil)-bay

The thing thats bothering me is the bit that says,

"International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned. Pre-owned watches are also non-refundable unless my description was not accurate, (It is at my discretion to determine the accuracy)".

Surely if there was anything wrong with the watch upon delivery it would be within your rights / only to be expected that you could then return it ?
(Irrespective of where you live / have to return it from ?)

Also what do you guys think about the price hes asking for it.
He's revised the listing to UP the starting bid, at the offset the figures were ,
Starting bid $2,350
Buy it now $2,550

now, a couple of days later its,

Starting bid $2,550
Buy it now $2,750

Also, yesterday I asked him the question as to why no returns from overseas buyers, but have yet to receive a reply.

(Previous questions with regard to the watch itself were answered within hours)

This has been moved. It is not really Breitling discussion, this is ebay terms and seller discussion along with price discussion. The price is a bit high for a headwind.

I moved it to the Feedback section as you are really asking for advice about the auction and the seller.

I think the headwind is probably worth somewhere between $1800-2000, a bit more if there is a warranty provided. I am selling mine, as I PM'd you. Exact same watch.
