I presume you mean Breitling AD's? They are listed on the Breitling website, but in my experience none are particularly good. Torneau has the best selection and the friendliest sales staff if that gives you any indication... ![]() There is a part of downtown called Jeweler's Row which might be worth a trip - It's on Wabash between Washington and Monroe. A lot of watches floating around in that area of town. C.D. Peacock is the big dealer of Rolex out here, but they also carry Patek, Panerai, and even Corum. Worth a stop at their Chicago Location I recently stumbled on a shop called Atelier Jewelers that has some really amazing brands. Hublot, Glashutte Original, Breguet, Blancpain, Panerai, Graham were all there. Nothing very mainstream which was really interesting - you won't find the likes of TAG, IWC, Omega or Breitling. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend taking a look at least. It's on Michigan Ave along the Mag Mile. Good luck! |

I've had several good experiences with Brandon at Burdeens in Buffalo Grove. It's in an unassuming location, but has been there for 30 years and is an AD. I have been in many ADs around the world and this one has a pretty good selection. I just connected a friend with Brandon and they are soon to settle on a new Steelfish. If you are anywhere near the NW suburbs, check them out. No everyone, they are not family, friends, etc. I'm just a proud Breitling owner with a soft spot for good service. |

He tried to charge me more than list on a watch (not a Breitling) and wanted 70% deposit with a 6 month wait. When I questioned him the price changed immediately and the deposit was reduced by a factor of 10!!! |

Tourneau at water tower is hit or miss with service. Some of the sales people are friendly and have taken time to answer questions but others are clearly bothered by people just looking. I've always gotten great service at CD Peacock in the Nordstrom building on Michigan Avenue. I'm pretty sure they only have Rolex, Panerai, Tag, and Patek in that location. Swiss Fine Timing, also known as Artelier, has a great selection like Ian said. In my one visit there, the sales people were too busy talking about their night before over their starbucks to even offer to help though. If you do venture to the suburbs, I can speak for CD Peacock at Northbrook Court. They're always very friendly and willing to help, mostly because most of the times I've been in there, I'm the only one. I've shopped Burdeens as well, but I get better service and prices from my AD. |

I lived in Chicago most of last year, and I found the staff at Marshall Pearce to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of my business with them was regarding my IWCs, but they have a very impressive selection of Breitlings to ogle. Ask for Renae. ![]() Steve |
