Our old friend Erez is back up to his old tricks and apparently hasn't gotten a lot smarter since the last report. He scammed me with a second-chance offer on eBay for an Avenger Seawolf Chrono M1 and I paid him through Paypal. So here's the story....
Erez accepts the transaction and assured me that he would be sending out the watch shortly. After several days of whining about how far it was to the post office he finally said he'd sent the watch. I let two point zero weeks go by, and then I warned him he was about to really screw up, and he didn't respond.....
So for giggles I decided to have a look on eBay at his listings since I was getting ready to report him for fraud anyway, and low and behold there was the watchband from the M1 that was supposed to be on its way to me...a nice new listing with an impressive picture of the band....I think he bought a better camera with his supply of my stolen money..... I reported that listing to eBay for fraud but there's more.....
So he had another listing on eBay for a Superocean Professional with a blue face.....a little scratched up.....great pictures of everything but the bottom of the case since that would reveal the serial number or the lacking thereof. And this Superocean is listed with no box or papers. Then I remembered the M1 he was to send me was listed without box and papers. So I lauged and reported him for selling stolen property on ebay in addition to fraud. Two high-end watches listed in less than a month both without box or papers? So after reporting him I did the only thing a decent person could do....
I selected the "Ask Seller a Question" option on his Superocean chrono and asked: "Hey seller....does the fact that you've listed two Breitlings over the last month without boxes and paperwork mean that you're selling stolen property on eBay? Can you tell me the serial number of this watch?"
And for the M1 watchband I asked: "Hey seller....does the fact that you've relisted the watchband that I paid you for which you say is on its way to me mean that you're trying to commit fraud?"
No responses from Erez on any of this of course....so now I must lay the final touches....
I intend to report the experiences of this forum along with my transaction and email records to interpol and the Israeli police in his home town. I'm preparing a nice little package with narrative, screen captures of his new listings, his love breitling logo on his Facebook page along with an updated photo. I want to thank those poor victims who he has hosed in the past, and I want to assure those victims that I used their information to figure out how to track this moron down. And I have the records to see to it he gets convicted on at-least one case of fraud with plenty of evidence suggesting a maximum sentence. Israel doesn't like bad press from America.

I'll post updates later....
