I was quick enough to give praise where it was due when buying my other watches so I better do the same for Andrew Michaels.

I purchased this beauty on Monday morning:


and it arrived Tuesday morning, amazing!

Sam certainly was the man, so thanks for getting in touch first of all.

Sam was great to deal with on the phone, nothing seemed to be a problem and he posted quite a few goodies to go along with the watch so thanks for that. Payment was made very simple and delivery was amazing, as said 1 day, unbelievable.

All in all this purchase was completely straightforward and I got a great deal so I would advise anyone reading this post to give these guyz a shout before purchasing anything, you never know!

I agree AM are great, I visited them a month or so ago when I bought my SO Chrono. A great deal too.

Another vote of thanks to Sam of Andrew Michaels, I have had trouble getting a gold winding crown for my chronomat. Sam has moved heaven and Earth with Breitling UK to sort the problem out.

Between myself and my wife we have 2 breitlings and 2 Rolex (with another Breitling soon for my wife) and although I personally prefer the look of the Breitlings this sort of unhelpful attitude displayed by Breitling UK doesn't leave me with a warm feeling towards them

And another big thumbs-up from me.

Took a very worthwhile 50 mile detour to visit AM for the first time yesterday. After 2 hours(!) enjoying the biggest collection of Breitlings imaginable (I think they had every current model on display) I came away with a beautiful SOHC LE (silver dial) which is smiling up at me as I type.

Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and so generous with his time.
