Gentleman is interested in a trade; looking for feedback or comments. Any positive or negative would be much appreciated. B01, if you read this, understand it's just due diligence. |

I think this guy is Erez Lugasi. Here's why. Reading another thread about how a watch that Lugasi stole and placed on Ebay, I noticed an intersting thing. The way Lugasi ends his messages, in addition to his verbiage and non-command of English, is almost exactly the same as this b01 cat. From the thread, "My Stolen Watch is on Ebay" FYI, I sent him a message via eBay: "Dear *******, hello i dont know what watch are you talking about...im not selling any watches now. i saw the link...some guy from the uk probably used my account to list hes watch! thats a fraud and i was reported ebay! regards, From an email to me regarding a trade: hello here is a newer picture(when the watch on ocean racer strap(but i will not includ this strap...it will move to my superocean heritage i can send you more pictures on ocean if you want..it looks great! regards, Anyway, I don't believe in coincidence. I hope enough eyes see this to avoid getting taken. I let my skepticism and legwork prevent me from getting screwed. BY THE WAY: If anyone wants to know what watches he was offering up for trade, PM me. It may just be yours. |

There are too many similarities for me. I wouldnt proceed without a 3rd party escrow and frankly I dont know if I would anyway. Smells funny from here. |

Send a PM to Mods, they can check if the IP is from Israel. |

bnewbie wrote: Send a PM to Mods, they can check if the IP is from Israel. Already have checked. Multiple IPs as you would expect from regular posters, virtually all from the same ISP. It is Israeli, but is not the same as any other member. I'm not going to ban a member for writing like an Israeli! |

I agree with Roff about not banning, but searching this users posts I found lot similarities with Hasharon and Erez. Not only in the style of writing, but also in opening threads, questions and discussions - unnecessary post build up. Also believe that it's Erez. |

I would suggest all members before trading get someone in the same country to at leat check out any details provided to them as a postal address phone numbers etc its a simple check just call up and ask to speak to them and check things are as they should be and if no one s in that country I would avoid sending any watch to another person,This is just simple precautions knowing what has happened in the past if someone wahts to trade a watch get them to send you theirs first or at least take it to an AD that you can contact and verify they have the watch that they say they have. |

Tried the "send me yours first" technique, as I was at once suspicious and, in good faith, gave all my contact information unrequested. Didn't fly. So, no trade. Not to mention the fact that I didn't want to send in whichever watch I got from him, only to find out it's stolen, etc. Not worth the risk. |
