I asked him several direct questions, he answered them very clearly. We spoke for more than 10 minutes. I asked for references and he gave them to me. They all checked out. I also entered his company's name in a couple of search engines. I checked out the commentaries, all were positive. A day or so later I placed my order on the phone.
