Not to blow this forum up with my story lol but..... I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEWATCHERY.COM - 6 months of BS without a watch! - piss poor customer service! - gave me the "run-around" for 6 months! - Never received watch back! - Almost sued them! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..... The man in charge was named "LAZER"! Save yourself the aggravation TRUST ME! |

 What happened? They didn't have the watch in stock or something. Six months I don't know what I would do! That is crazy. Did you eventually get the watch you ordered? Reading stuff like this makes me stick to dealing with an ad from now on for sure no 2 ways about it. |

Pretty much, Bought the watch "Blackbird" Everything was great... Ran into a problem 3-4 months down the road and I thought that I would send it back to get it checked out. Sent it to them, month goes by no response. Two months go by, no response. 3rd month... finally get a call, "your watch it being sent to Breitling". Ok, 4th month... "Oh we are still waiting for the part"... I said, " I thought you told me you sent it to Breilting?" He said, "no" who told you that? Well, the last person that called me! lol Because i thought to myself- Breitling would never let a watch leave not fully 100% fixed ya know?! THEY PLAYED THE "RUN-A-ROUND" for another two months trying to find the watch! I basically told the to F - OFF and give me my money back and now I am the proud owner of a Blk/Blk Chrono-Evo! Are their watches real? Yes! But as soon as you need customer service and that watch leaves your hands.... SAY GOODBYE! NOT WORTH IT! I found out that they ended up going through a Breitling specialist through their own contacts and B/S'ed me the enitre time, trying to make me think that they send the watch to the "Real " Breitling USA. I KNOW NONE OFF YA'LL KNOW ME, BUT TRUST ME! lol Dont give them any business! MRC |

Haha if I knew that was his name form Day 1 I never would have put myself in that situation! But after dealing with half a dozen people with 100 different stories on where my watch currently was I guess sh*t happens... |
