Super customer service too :- Basically there was a slight mix-up with my Sinn UX order whereby I was sent the version on the rubber strap by accident instead of the bracelet version that I ordered. As soon as I realised the mistake I fired off a quick email to Neil. Bearing in mind it was outside of business hours, Neil still replied within the hour and was very apologetic about the mistake. He told me he'd send the bracelet the next day (which he duly did), and that by way of apology I could keep the rubber strap as well!

Now THAT is what I call superb customer service!

I'd not hesitate to buy from Neil again, and I can't recommend him enough. Check out Chronomaster for some well-known (as well as a few less well-known) brands.
