Hello Guys
After weeks and weeks of research I am pretty much decided on a Steelfish with a black dial as my first luxary watch purchase.

The question I have now is where to buy from. I would preffer to buys from an AD and enjoy the experience of walking out of the shop wearing my new watch, however it is difficult to ignore the money that can be saved by buying 'on-line'. So my questions are as follows:

1)Anyone dealt with these UK based Swiss wathes direct?

They seem genuine, any feedback would be gratefully recieved.

2) Whilst I wouldn't expect an AD to offer prices like the above retailer, does anyone know of any UK AD's that are open to offering a some discount?

One last thing, cogratulations on an excellant site, the impartial knowledge and tips that are contained or these pages have probably swayed me towards buying a Breitling over any other brand.

Just wanted to give you a quick update. I visited Andrew Michaels this morning and spent around an hour chatting, drinking coffee and lusting over the extensive collection he has.
I thought that I had made up my mind after weeks of research on a black Steelfish, however despite Andrew having one in stock, I fell in love with a Titanium Chrono Avenger automatic (not the latest M1 but new / old stock from the previous model, I believe from the date code between the lugs it is 2007 model). This was on display with a black leather strap and looked the biz! I explained to Andrew that I also wanted a bracelet to go with it and he very kindly took a Prof II bracelet off one of his other display models to enable me to walk away with the package I wanted (can't imagine they would do this at Goldsmaiths or any of the other high street chains!). All this was supplied at a cracking price - what more could I ask for - A truely pleasurable buying experience.
If you are thinking of buying a Breitling a trip to Andrew Michaels in Newark-On-Trent is a must, no matter how far away you live. The extensive stock and ouitstanding customer service from Andrew and the team means you will not come away dissappointed.

I couldn't agree more on Andrew Michaels.....though i've never been - i plan to in the near future.

I've purchased over the phone from them though and they're superb, the cs is brilliant!

I think all of us forum users that live in good old blighty have certainly found an AD that delivers time after time.
