He has also contacted me via PM to advise that he has offered a full refund.

Raymond! The University of San Diego is a Catholic college. Find out who is the head Jesuit there and send him a certified letter. A Jesuit college - it's the best case scenario for the school to take action. They have very strict honor codes. It's the only reason I didn't go to Notre Dame. :wink:

:lol: That's the first thing I thought when I saw what school it was. Most private colleges and universities have some vague religious affiliation, but USD keeps it at the forefront - and, as you point out, it's Catholic.

Although yes, Roff's right. Let's see what the latest is before dragging out the rosary and phoning The Bishop.

Shoot! I was hoping for an expulsion. Better than all that "beat the crap" out of him nonsense. Good luck to Raymond. Just know that it is very, very unusual for a member here to scam another member.
