Its nice to have a credit card company that you can rely on. I figure if they make it so easy for me to spend money, they should cover me when I get screwed! Believe it or not, I called one of my credit card companies once to inquire about what would happen if I bought something online and it never showed up... "you would still have to pay..." "really, even if I get ripped off?" "why would we cover that? You should make sure you only buy from legitimate places.." :wowzers

On the contrary, I called another of my card companies... their response: "of course we would cover that. If you dont receive it, why should you pay for it?"

Just comes to show you that you need to know what your card company is willing to do for you.

I didn't think we would get any money back at all as Amy didn't use a credit cRd she used her debit card which is connect to visa some how.

Our bank were exelent with the matter and as I'm a good customer of there ;) they rushed the charge back through for us and it only took a week after I got involved

The only downside was the fact the surprise had been ruined

Thanks again for the good wishes and help from everyone especially roff
