Something a little different about this that really appealed to me. Gave into temptation and I don't regret it one bit!

Baume-et-Mercier Riviera Sporty XXL Chronograph 8594...bit of a mouthful, but I didn't name it!
First time with one from this manufacturer and I "think" I was drawn to it after recently viewing an AP Royal Oak as a potential buy, but baulked at the cost :shock: This one was considerably more wallet friendly :lol:

Very nicely put together with decent heft, good size at 43mm sans crown, and the rubber strap, another first for me, is rather comfortable. I like it.

I must say I'm amused though that's it's called the "XXL"...... and it's 43mm. It's a decent enough size, but it's not what I'd call extra extra large!

I remember trying that one on at the store, I really liked it. It actually wears a lot larger than the 43mm would suggest.. I personally would even go so far as to say it wears like 45mm or so. It is thick, and definately looks large on the wrist.
