All I can add is that if you're in Brisbane and you want an IWC catalogue you can only collect it but visiting one store, in this case Hardy Brothers. Not sure how this works in the rest of Australia but I know they won't send you one in response to an online request.

Very keen to see the new IWC catalogue after all the talk lately and two purchases

Dumb question:

I didn't see a Rolex catalog in your list, is there one?

I haven't come across a way to order a catalog online. Please let me know if you find one.

I have Rolex's new catalog, that I picked up at a AD, and it stinks. It looks more like a brochure than a catalog. Of course when you only offer 12 models I guess 12 pages (guessing) are enough! :)

I have one too (my AD mailed me one for some reason as I'd never have requested one!), and yeah it's pretty poor really. But then I guess they assume the watches all but sell themselves - i.e. even non-watch people have heard of Rolex and as I've said before they're often the "default" prestige brand when people suddenly wake up one morning with a few thousand buring a hole in their pocket and decide they want an expensive watch.

Post subject:  Re: Manufacturer's Catalogs

Hi guyz, I re-sent my e-mail to all the major brands once more this time telling them that I would be purchasing around £20-£25,000 on one or two of their watches very soon and why had I not received the catalogues I had requested 2 weeks ago! Anyway I duely received 3 personal e-mails from their head of departments saying they couldn't understand the mix up and they would be sending out brochures ASAP! :D :D

Nothing wrong with a little white lie now and again! :D :D

Cheers
