The watch IS a Panerai Marina, 44 mm diameter (means large one).

The details are:
- new model (means no sandwich dial);
- date at 3 o'clock position (what you see is the magnifying glass);
- small second hand on 9 o'clock position.

For further details look at http://www.panerai.com/s_page.xpd?id_li ... tegoria=35

Cheers Bone.

It's a PAM 104 which is 44mm with a stripped down Valjoux 7750 (no chrono features). It has a date window with cyclops at 3 o'clock and sub seconds at 9 o'clock.
