I've seen articles about him before, he sure makes interesting watches. But I think his business would benefit of him changing his name. |

You can control who you hang out with, but not who you're related to. He have had no contact with Saddam in decades and has publicly condemned the 9/11 attacks. I'd not have a problem buying his watch. |

10k for a tourbillon??? i kind of like the look of the watch too. it's darkly ironic how it's an aviator watch im sure the 10k is the basic model without tourby.. which im not so fond of ![]() |

I wouldnt have a problem dealing with him either, in fact I have dealt with the Bin Ladens before and after 9/11. Great family, just one REALLY rotten apple. They have all sorts of buissness around the globe, from real estate to financing to what have you. Changing his name would only support the theory that he might be guilty of assosiation in people's mind, look at Barak Obama. He has not been a Muslim since he was what? 10? and he still got fingers pointed at him. In any case he cant change the fact that he is Saudi and a Muslim even if he did want to, no way to escape people's prejudeces. Not to mension that changing his family name is a huge no-no in many cultures, it would be equivilant to disowning his family. Anyhoo, thats a nice watch. But I personaly don't like the design all that much, a bit too Nardin for me. |

I like how you can calculate your airspeed; useful if you've only had minimal flight schooling, and can't quite figure out those gauges on the plane you've jacked. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
